What a seal proves
When a fabricator finalizes a welding procedure in Clause5, the full compliance trace, the code edition it was judged against, and the authorizing role are hashed into a single tamper-evident SHA-256 seal. Re-running that hash here proves the sealed record matches the one that was finalized. If a single character of the underlying record changed, the hash would not match.
This page reads only what the seal itself discloses. It never shows a shop's parameter values or internal record contents.
